1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using MONERGY ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Carbune Digital Solutions.

2. Description of Service

MONERGY is a personal money flow organization tool. It allows users to manually record, categorize and review their own financial data. MONERGY is a productivity and organization tool only.

3. Not Financial, Tax or Legal Advice

MONERGY is not a financial advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, accountant, bank or payment provider. Nothing within the App constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make. Always consult qualified professionals for financial, tax and legal matters.

4. AI Assistant

The AI Assistant feature provides organizational suggestions only. AI output is not verified financial or professional advice. You must review all AI suggestions before saving or acting on them. Carbune Digital Solutions is not liable for any decisions made based on AI suggestions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Review your own data and decisions independently
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the App only for lawful personal or business organizational purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or misuse the App

6. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

7. Data Accuracy

All financial data in MONERGY is entered manually by you. We do not verify the accuracy of data you enter. You are responsible for ensuring your records are accurate and complete.

8. Intellectual Property

MONERGY, including its name, design, code and content, is owned by Carbune Digital Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbune Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of MONERGY, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from decisions made using the App.

10. Availability

MONERGY is currently in internal beta. Features may change, be removed or be unavailable at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MONERGY at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of MONERGY after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Carbune Digital Solutions' place of operation.
