This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from MONERGY, including all transactions, budgets, reports and account information. This cannot be undone.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your MONERGY account and all associated data, send an email to support@carbunedigital.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
Please include the following in your email:
- The email address associated with your MONERGY account
- Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent and irreversible
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to confirm account ownership
- Process the deletion of your account and all associated data
- Send a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Deletion is typically completed within 14 business days. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable law or for fraud prevention purposes.
Data Included in Deletion
Your deletion request will remove:
- Your account registration details
- All financial records, transactions and categories you entered
- Budgets, reports and notes within the app
- Any preferences or settings linked to your account
Before You Delete
We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion. Use the Export feature within MONERGY to download a copy of your records. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data.
